Robert W. Adams
Robert Adams is the President and founder of AIMM Consulting. As an Industrial-Organizational psychologist, Robert delivers strategic talent acquisition and development services. His 30-year background allows him to help organizations understand, analyze and improve their talent life cycle—acquiring, identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. Robert's consulting experiences include projects for private and public organizations, from supervisory to executive levels. His clients include a variety of organizations, such as GlaxoSmithKline, Pillsbury, Lucent Technologies, Union Pacific Railroad, Saturn Corporation, and the New York City Police Department. Mr. Adams holds a M.S. degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Mr. Ouzts has over thirty years experience as a software systems engineer and designer. Prior to joining AIMM, he managed the implementation of a wide variety of software development and IT projects while working with IBM, Harris Corporation, Boeing, and United Launch Alliance. Mr. Ouzts has helped AIMM develop its innovative SaaS assessment and reporting technology. Gary earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
Dr. McIntire's areas of expertise include psychological testing and measurement, training evaluation, validation strategy, research design, and statistical analysis. She has conducted validation studies and research projects for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and local municipalities. Dr. McIntire designed, developed, and validated the award-winning Teller Assessment Program (TAP) that combined assessment center technology with video-based testing techniques. Dr. McIntire is often called upon to assist clients in tailoring selection and training programs to meet their unique needs. Dr. McIntire is co-author of three books: The Job Analysis Kit , PAR, Inc., 1995, Foundations of Psychological Testing, McGraw-Hill, 2000, and Organizational Development: Strategies for a Changing Environment, HarperCollins, 1996. Dr. McIntire holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.
Jeff came to AIMM in 2002 to manage the launch of the Saturn Center for Leadership Development. In his role with AIMM, Jeff oversees the marketing and communication outreach to internal and external audiences, drives social media relations efforts and guides staff on ways to promote and advocate for talent acquisition and development. Mr. DeRitter earned a M.A. degree in Public Communications and Relations from Albion College.
